Bill Hutchison

Hutchison began his broadcasting career in 1979. His first job was in radio, hosting CBC Radio’s afternoon drive show in Yellowknife. Hutchison has worked for CBC national radio news in Toronto, CKND in Winnipeg, ITV in Edmonton and CTV in Calgary.

A native of Toronto, Hutchison studied journalism at Ryerson University. In his free time, he works extensively with the Canadian Cancer Society and the United Way in Ajax-Pickering. Hutchison is also an instructor at Seneca College for Broadcast Journalism. He likes to sail, ski, golf, and play squash.
