Fanshawe College is grateful for a long association with RTDNA.

Jasmine Dooh won the first RTDNA (then RTNDA) scholarship awarded in Canada. That was on April 25th, 1979. Over the last 35 years Fanshawe College has benefitted from the professionalism of RTDNA members. We are always impressed by the sense of duty that RTDNA members show in helping the next generation of electronic journalists. We rely on RTDNA members for curriculum questions, guest speaking appearances and tips on where the jobs are. We are especially proud that two of our graduates (Jason Moore and Andy Leblanc) and one faculty member (George Clark) have served terms as RTDNA president. In 2013, Fanshawe received the Bill Hutton Award of Excellence from the RTDNA, the first school to be honoured with the award. Thanks, RTDNA for all your support over the years.
